Get a trunk and lock it in there til you're ready to play
It always works for my brother in laws! They all don't want each other to be playing with each other's games ... Cuz they all fight and break everything

#1 Keep it in your room. #2 Scare him. #3 Attach a joy buzzer or other zappy-thing. It'll scare him. Then use it without any problems. He'll think it's alive. #4 Say "Don't touch it." when you know he's trying to use it.
