I've changed everything wiring harness, CDI box, Plugs, Coils and wires.

If you get power to your coils then it must be between your coils and y our plugs. Test your coils with a multimeter. You should get a pretty high voltage for an output (check online for values). Test your plugs with a spark plug tester. If they pass, get new plug wires. If it isn't fuel injected, make sure your carb is clean and your airflow is not blocked.

Since you're going the hit & miss, parts changing route, change the pulse generator (it acts as the points on a CDI ignition).
It's connected to the stator and they have to be changed together, as it's one complete unit.
You should've bought a shop manual to troubleshoot the problem.
Think of all the money you could have saved.
Purchase a shop manual.
