what i mean is that is ther anything that makes your brows look like theyve been plucked without making your browns sag?

you could try getting them waxed or threaded. it looks a lot better than plucking too.

Okay waxing over time I have notice make my eyes look droopy. Definitely a hair removal cream for the face. I have been doing it for years now and it gives the look of waxing without the pain and the droopiness of the eyes. I have all my girlfriends stuck on it now.
Use a white eyeliner pencil to line out your eyebrows
Then get a q-tip and apply the cream to the unwanted hair you have the white line from the line as your guide. You can also go to the cometics counters and ask for brow stencils to help acheive the shape you want.

Go to a salon and have them waxed. It creates a much cleaner line than most of us can achieve by plucking. Between visits you can easily keep them up by just plucking the strays.

Don't pluck from the top that makes them sag. Pluck from the bottom and it gives them a nice arch if you do it right.

Most folks I know with thick eyebrows have them waxed.

waxing over a long period of time = sagging.
get them threaded. it has an interesting feeling, but its worth it.
