I know it was because of a medical condition but what was the medical condition?

I'm guessing a lot of people in jail are sicker than her, they just can't buy their way out of the slammer.

Her shrink says that she was on the brink of a breakdown. She wasn't eating, was crying all the time, and complaining about being cold. The sheriff thought it was in her best intrest to let her go home on house arrest. Which I think is bs because jail isn't supposed to be fun. You're not supposed to be happy. If she needs mental help then no, she shouldn't be in jail, she should be in a mental ward getting the help she needs.

the medical reason was confidential but im thinking it's psychological. Actually she is at a hearing right now because the ruling might get over-turned and she might be back in jail instead of house arrest.

I think she wasn't eating and they sed she need medical attention or something. Go fig, though, cuz she didn't eat for three days, she now can go home for a time. So much for the punishment....she just sits at home all day, in her wonderful house.....she's learning her lesson that way....but yeah she probably will go back to jail cuz the court sed no cameras for surveilence, and she had some in her house

they havent said what the medical condition was yet (im still betting yeast infection :P) but she was let out thursday at 2am by the sherrif whos possibly going to be held in contemp for letting her out..rumors say she was on the verge of a nervous breakdown...i think not! i think shes more pampered and spoiled that her mutt tinkerbelle

Well on the news it showed her being taken to the police car to go back to court. i understand she messed up but it was there fault they let her out of jail. Then they go to her house and handcuff her like shes a murderer and make a big deal out of her getting out of jail early. If they would have just let her stay in there for the 23 days or whatever none of this would have even been started but in my opinion its not paris's fault her tears and whining got her out early it was the shirrifs who let her out now the judge is like go back and get her like she escaped or something

a news station said she was" depressed" because she didn't have enough privacy. ITS A JAIL there's no privacy when you're in prison. She was probably whining about not being able to have her sidekick or cell phone with her. She's too much of a brat

she had no medical condition. the girl was fine at te MTV awards. she is making it up. she is spoiled and realized that jail doesnt have carpeting and filet minon for dinner

It's undisclosed. It was just a ploy to get her out because the Sheriff didn't want her in his jail. He said it actually cost them more money to keep her in there than a "normal person". Go figure huh?
