Beleive me... guys are not worth breaking a friendship up over. Talk to her about it, but don't fight, and maybe you'll understand better why she is seeing him, but since he is your ex, it sounds like he was fair game.

Do not let a guy come between you and your friend! If he is your ex, then he is fair game. It would have been nice for her to have asked you how you felt about it, but she didn't. So have a talk with her and tell her how it made you feel. Tell her that in the future if she really cares about your feeling, she will ask before dating one of your ex's and you will do the same for her.

You're 12?
Stick to the friend. You're too young to have an ex get between you and her. At your age you're going to need as many friends as you can get, considering that none of your boyfriends are going to last anyway.

Girl you are only 12 what are you doing with a boyfriend. You and your friend need to drop the whole boyfriend thing and focus on something more important.

Well, it depends on how they hooked up. Did they do it secretly or did you know about it the whole time? and was she like actually sincere and aplogetic about it or was she like I'm gonna go out with him and either you be my friend, or not? If she genuinly likes him, and you don't have any feelings for him anymore then there shouldn't be anything wrong with it unless you feel betrayed. And did your boyfriend dump you or did you dump him? Because if he dumped you it was most likely for your friend, but if you dumped him it should be okay because you put him up for grabs...

I'm three years older then you, i know how you feel, like when i was your age, my BEST FRIEND went out with my ex, and she knew i still really liked him, i stopped being her friend and realized she wasnt worth it. it doesnt matter how old you are, heartbreak is heartbreak, you'll get over it or he'll realize how stupid he was, plus two months isnt that long. you'll move on and everything will get better, i thought i never was gonna get better. then i met this guy and he proved me all wrong, you'll find someone else.

If he's your ex, why do you care who he goes out with? Let her have him if she wants him. At your age, odds are she won't keep him that long anyway. You usually don't find "the one" until you get a bit older.

You shouldn't be friends with her because the rule is that you never date your friend's ex.
