npe. you have to catch a feebas (on diamond or a different game) and give it berries to raise its beuty. then it evolves into a miltoc. wait oops! i just answered the wrong question. Or you spelled it wrong, on or the other.

Try Hooking you're gamboy up to another friends gameboy
