I have asked a few questions about big brother and all of a sudden people are telling me they dont give a flying f*** and all the other nasty comments. So then why are they answering or eveing reading the question in the first place?
I also asked a question about what Emily said last night and then was called a racist!
I am on here to ask questions, not to be swore at, be picked at for my spelling, called names ect...
i know everyone is entitled to have their say but people seem to be so agressive with their answers.

please no rude or agressive answers, thankyou.

Unfortunately, you got people with no class dear. It's sad but since it's the internet they feel they can say anything to anyone and not be held accountable for what they say. I hope this helps. Take care.

Because its the way how the question is represented. Even if you don't think you've asked the question rudely, it may still come off as rude to other's. And because here in the USA the show has not started. I think if people in the country you are in would say your country and then ask the question the USA people would not click on the question to answer.

I was intimidated at first too, worried that people would be awful for no reason. But the thing is, most of these people are sat behind a desk, with no life and in real life wouldn't say boo to a goose. I find people who are agressive or rude over Answers or email in general are pretty spineless in real life.

What are you, crazy!!?? You can go... nah, I'm just kidding.

Yeah, some nuts on here are aggressive. The fact is that there are idiots in the world, and they are relatively protected and safe to act like idiots here at Y!A. There is not much you can do but ignore them, and/or report them when they violate Yahoo's code of conduct. The use of obscenities, even with the ***, pretty much constitutes a violation.

In any case, try not to take it personally. It has nothing to do with you or your questions. It is just the nature of some people, particularly when they have a computer to hide behind.

Too true, I've asked a similar question; if you hate BB or have a problem with it, ignore it, don't diss people who do want to talk about it. I couldn't give a monkey's about Lost, but I've never slagged anyone off who likes it. Each to his or her own.

Ultimately they are pretty nasty and mixed up, report them if you are upset by what they say or just pity them for being so unpleasant and spiteful.

Don't let it get to you and have a good weekend! x

They do it for the same reason people write graffiti on bathroom walls. I personally think it exposes major flaws in their personality. I'm not trying to be rude or hateful. Maybe I am way too old school, but I was raised to respect the right for others to form and express opinions even though I may not agree with them.

It's the right to free expression of ideas that makes this country great. I hate to say this, but those rude people are also expressing ideas. I just don't like them. You don't like them. But I do celebrate their freedom to do so, because taking that away threatens OUR right to say something WE think is worthwhile.

So, even though people are rude to me too -- and I have pretty thin skin -- I take things way too personally, I just tolerate them and their blah blah, and remain thankful that it's not me.

Everyone is like that on here (although a minor percentage of people here are nice e.g you seem like a very nice person) and as soon as you go against their opinion or idea they start swearing and being nasty. It's all part of Yahoo Answers and if it happens to you just press the 'report abuse' button...

Well i can give you the correct answer if you want to hear it but you wont like it.....

For starters Big Brother is shite ..... but thats your right to have a different opinion.... but as soon as that pile of shite starts then pointless BB question get repeated all day which is so dull so people get bored with seeing them even come up. I know you will say that they should just not answer but with shite questions about big brother and other pointless questions on here like "how are you feeling" is turning this site into a chat site..... zzzzzzz

That is a shame..don't let people put you off asking questions,
there are nice people on here ..and then there is the not so nice.
Sometimes answers seem sharper written than spoken....if you know what I mean ?
Well good for you, you are still asking, all the best !!!!!!

tell me about it, I had some dumb *** ask answer my question with, 'this is a dumb question', wha\t a loser, don't answer it then it it's worthy of your time! there is no need for people to be rude and like this, it's a free world and everyone is entitled to different opinions but it's the way they answer them that makes me really peed off sometimes.
