We all agree that what the government did to the Japanese Americans was very wrong. They took away their freedoms without just cause. And upon the prisoners' release, the government has taken away all of their properties and businesses, rendering most of the Japanese Americans to start from square one.

The problem here is not a racial one. It is not a conservative or a liberal one either. The problem lies in the ill treatment of Japanese Americans described above. Any American with a sound mind and a good heart will understand what the US government did to them is unjust. Michelle Malkin, however, supports the Japanese Internment camps of WWII. Cleary, she is one of the true anti-Americans simply because she has no heart for humanity and has the slightest intention to follow American values.

She also supported the Minutemen Group at the border, many of whom were carrying Confederate flags and were extremely racist. August 15, 2005

I'd rather have been a japanese in an American camp than an American in a Japanese camp!

We DON'T all agree that locking up japanese during WWII was wrong. At least no more wrong than panting over Paris Hilton while 20 million invaders steal our country and the Muslims train in terrorist camps in New York, Pennsylvannia, and New Jersey.

You can always second guess policies later and find something wrong.

What about the German ands Italian internment camps or is it not racist to talk about the whites that were taken in by the government? Crap in that war we were fighting for our nation, the USA was the Axis's final destination. We did what it took to win the war, something a lot of people do not have the will to do today. And by the way, we knew we had spies here and had no way of rooting them out. They took a logical step in securing the nation.

Look at the situation that caused the Japanese Internment camps . . . we were just attacked by JAPAN. It may have been wrong to just jump on the bad wagon and to assume that all Japanese were more dedicated to their homeland than to America, but in all honesty, I am glad that it was done. It was needed - ever heard the phrase "keep your friends close, and your enemies closer"? That is what the government did. They had to keep tabs on possible enemies, and internment camps were the most practicle.

I also support the minutemen group on our borders. if our government isn't going to protect it, why is it wrong that civilians do?

How am I racist for believing these things? How does it make me Anti-American to support the government's decision to protect us by any means necessary? Aren't you ignorant, and anti-american for thinking otherwise. How can you say that M. Malkin is "hardly" a human being for believing these things?

Protecting the many vs. the few is what is needed.

After WWII there was a tremendous amount of fear that the Japanese would invade the West Coast of America.

The Japanese were not well assimilated and were visually easy to recognize so the decision was made out of fear.

Talk to someone who was an adult during that time and lived on the West Coast and you might get an idea of why it happened.

The moment I saw the word racist in your post, I stopped taking you seriously. I'm tired of seeing that word tossed around so casually.

You made the mistake of assuming that Michelle Malkin has a brain - when all evidence suggests the opposite'
Leave Michelle alone. It is nasty uneducated ignorant people like her that expose the true nature of the right and make our job so much easier in 2008.
She is a true Democrat hero.
