The zulu box stitch is a modified square stitch and is similar to other box and tubular stitches; they have several books at amazon dot com which show both the technique and some patterns using it, but I don't know of anywhere, outside a beading class or a book you pay for, where you'll get actual patterns for free using it.

The February 2007 issue of Bead & Button magazine has a pattern using it.

Zulu Beadwork and More Zulu Beadwork, by Diane Fitzgerald are two books all about zulu bead techniques.

Try googling these terms also:

zulu square stitch

modified peyote stitch

zulu beading techniques
