Beside cleaning the injectors for some clogging, you should purge the air from all the lines including the gas pump, one a a time. Try if you can run the pump with the engine off and the tank full of gas, once you see no more air flows from each pipe line close to the injectors, reconnect them, if you don't have electrical ignition problems which is easy to test, the engine should start.

turn the key on several times and back off without starting it until the lines are full, when you run completely out you have air in the lines, or just loosen the fuel line a bit and have someone turn the key on until fuel comes out, you can't compress fluid but you can air, and you need 14 lbs - 20 lbs of pressure to open the intake.

first check if the fuel pump is still running by making any noise. if still making noise ad some tranny fluid to the gas tank. that will cause the pump to reprime. If the pump is not working then you need a new fuel pump.
