Does anyone know any Las Vegas nightclubs that have a predominately White crowd, and plays hip hop/r & b music?
Also, is there any special entertainment/shows geared towards White people & White culture in Las Vegas? Thanks in advance

Entertainment in Vega is geared to what brings in the money. If racing pregnant elephants was all the craze there would be elephant racing arenas all over the city. If the entertainment is geared to one societal group it is simply because the demographics have told casino owners that the money will come from that group. They think in terms of green - everything else is secondary.

Most of the entertainment on the strip is mixed. You have to go outside of the strip in mostly Black nierborhoods to get predominately Black entertainment.

I recommend that you contact the Tourism Board or whatever they call it out there. They may be able to tell you when and where the performers you are looking for are performing. Approached delicately they may just be able to help you with the rest of your request.
I can only assume from your request that you are not into diversity, or acceptance of someone who is different from you.
