Do you mean synthesized from "scratch? If you do the answer is yes. Organic chemists have done it using as starting molecules, adenine, ribose, and phosphoric acid. The synthesis is probably quite involved and does not yield a pure product or a high percentage yield such as a biochemist would obtain using enzymatic methods. A biochemist could do it this way but the enzymatic methods are so much easier, efficient and faster.
