The early ones or later? The book What to Expect When You're Expecting pretty well explains what and when you feel different things.
Early on you may be tired, have sore breasts, nausea, short of breath as your chest expands and blood volume increase, light headed, hips widen, and your lower abdomen tightens. You may have slight cramping/spoting around 6-7 weeks which is from the fertilized egg implanting in your uterus. AA taste for healthier foods is also common.
As time goes on, you can add indigestion/acid-reflux, sciatica, lower back pain, and the nausea and fatigue may continue. Swelling in the hands and feet and sometimes even carpal tunnel syndrome, too.
Of course, the degree of which you have any of this vaaries greatly. Some women don't have any and some have all of them. Some of these are also reasons to be in touch with your health care provider.

You're right - every single pregnancy is different. Even when you've been pregnant for a 2nd, 3rd, 4th time - each one could be different from each other. I, myself, really didn't have a terrible pregnancy (until the end). I had few symptoms in the beginning and felt great. I had slightly sore breasts (nothing terrible, though) and my only thing was a very heightened sense of smell and an aversion to food because of that. Some foods just turned me off to eating and I lost 10 pounds the first 3 months.

I was 10 days late before I finally took a pregnancy test, because I had all my usual symptoms of PMS and kept expecting to start my period! lol, talk about denial! Also, people kept asking me if I had the flu. Apparantly, I didnt look so good. By the time I got a positive pregnancy test, other symptoms were kicking in. I wanted to sleep ALL THE TIME, and was felt really crappy. It was like having a nasty flu bug. Not long after, the all day vommiting started, and that lasted til about the 6th month for me. I've known some girls who had NO pregnancy symptoms, and actually claim to have felt better being pregnant than not. Lucky b*tches, lol.

I H A D N O S Y M P T O M S. Okay, seriously though. I didn't have any symptoms when I was pregnant with my son. Okay, so my period was late, but I've always been irregular so that didn't really mean anything to me. I honestly thought my period was on it's way. I felt exactly the same. A little bloated, grouchy and crampy. Just like with AF is coming.
You're right though, each woman is so different . . . going by the book doesn't really help!
Good luck!

I felt sick 24/7 for the first 4 1/2 months. Lost 20 Lbs. Once that stopped I was hungry all the time for fruits and vegs, cheese and triscuits. In 1 day I ate an 11Lbs watermelon, a box of triscuits and most of a large brick of marble cheese. Needless to say I was very regular for the next few days. I had more headaches than usual. A food aversion to raw meat and melting margerine for some reason.

I started noticing the week my period was due that my breasts (actually my nipples) were REALLY sore. I was also really gassy and bloated. I thought something might be up so I took a pregnancy test 2 days before my period was due and got a positive. After that I started peeing alot, couldn't keep my eyes open, and craving fruit like crazy. If I didn't eat every few hours I felt so sick so I had to make sure to have food with me. It felt like all I did for the first 12 weeks is eat and sleep :)
Good luck!

The only real symptom that I had with my first pregnancy was that I couldn't sleep through the night without having to get up and use the bathroom. This second pregnancy, I had morning sickness, not being able to sleep through the night without bathroom trips. Every pregnancy is different. I told my husband that if I had felt this sick from morning sickness with the first pregnancy that I might not have wanted to get pregnant again!

Just to let you know I had a huge feeling I was pregnant before I even found out and I was right but as for symptoms:
My breasts became really sore but I never had nausea, I got frequent headaches and became hungrier as well. I felt slightly bloated and had 2 days where i randomly threw up.
Hope this helped!

best way to know is take a pregnancy test...they don't cost much. first response is known for being able to give results 5 days before your missed period.
sometimes if you want something, you are willing to interpret anything out of the ordinary as a sign of what you want to happen. maybe you threw up this morning because you are nervous. maybe you have gas because you at saurkraut on your hot dog. maybe you are agitated because of a lack of sleep. some women don't really show any signs of pregnancy (lucky them!) until their bellies grow.
