If you got that as part of an email, you probably have been played in a scam. Consignment means money or valuables, but there is an increase in these scams claiming they are trying to ship money out of foreign countries. I investigated that when I was offered the same thing and realized it was a scam. NEVER accept money transfers out of country, if iI was you, inform that person that you want to cancel your partnership in what appears to be a scam that they are pulling you into.
