It all depends on their need and who is the franshisee. Some make it manditory that you leave your application and some will announce "open interviews".Good Luck.If you are intellegent and go to college while you are working there you could land a very good job highr up on the chain(food chain ..Ha HA)
A friend of mine worked there while we were in High School attneded college while stilol working there and is now a regional vice president. hasd been with them since 1984

Yes,if the manager isn't to busy they will interview you.Best times between 9:30am-10:30am or 1:30-3:30 try to go at these times and they'll probably have time for an interview

Sometimes if there is a manager on duty, and they are not too busy, they will do an on-the-spot interview. You do not need to get too dressed up, but I would say be neat and presentable, just to be safe.
