mommy to 3, you live in another reality racism still exit!!!! I'm not African- American but I was born Europe, I graduated from College in September and have wonderful job and my fiance is white. I'm not frustrated but you you still are cause you cannot admit what your ancestry did to black people in this country!!!!

I hate her spoiled rich she needs to serve hard time, what if she kills someone driving drunk, oh we can't have a nasty whore having a panic attack, poor thing. Either way it's so unfair to the whole nation. She owes America for the embarrassment and disgust we have been forced to see, she is everywhere so we all know about her, she needs to serve the whole original sentence. I have strong feels for her.

Well it is sort of a moot point as she has now been sent back to jail. Of course she was screaming and crying about it not being fair. The judge in the case originally indicated in the sentence that she could not use electronic monitoring for her sentence. So to day (June 9) she was back in court and the judge sent her back to jail. She will spend the weekend in the medical facility at the jai. On Monday her lawyer will try to get her out.
She ended up with the sentence, the special treatments and such probably because she is rich. However, the wife who shot and killed her minister husband just received a three year sentence today and is likely to be out of jail in 60 days...is that sentence fair?

I think it was because she's rich. Paris Hilton probably offered the sheriff's department some money to say that she had a medical condition and needed to be released and spend the remainder of her sentence at home so she could be cared for by doctors.

BTW, to the person who referenced OJ:
This whole trial got publicized because it was a black male killing 2 white people...period! If it had been OJ's 1st wife (who was black) and her black boyfriend do you think anyone would've cared? Would the media been all over this?
Rich people have foiled the justice system for years, why call out OJ?
Lastly, Robert Blake went to trial for killing his wife too. He got acquitted but no one made such a big deal about it. WHY? Probably because both parties were the same race!

Deny it if you like but, sadly, race does play a factor in the way things pan out.

Well I don't think that it had anything to do with her being white... it was because she is rich and "famous". I am sure that Daddy Hilton paid a lot of money to get his little princess out of this mess. She should have to go to jail and pay the consequences of her childish behavior and mistakes like everyone else... but it definitely didn't have anything to do with black or white... it was more rich or poor in this case.

If it were because she is white there would be ALOT of people put of prison who are in prison.I think that is a very racist thing to say actually.I know that sounds dumb.But when something goes wrong with black people they throw up the race card.Or when they didn't get a job the throw up the race card.I'm sorry to tell all of you black people but white's are becoming the new minority .So many people are so scared of pi**ing off the black people.Come on you guys got screwed years ago.But that wasn't us!!!!Quit throwing up the dam* race card.I'm sick and tired of hearing it!She got out cause she has millions.But she is back in prsion as of today!So there ya go!

I think it has to do with both.

But the main arguement had to have been that if something "happened" to her in jail, the city/sherriff would be sued from here to kingdom come.....that is why she was put in a private cell and released early due to the "medical condition".....

I hope the judge sends her back.....

Definitely because she is rich and famous. her parents seem to bail her out of everything -- and it makes me sick. I think this is what's really sickening the police about celebrities -- it's as if they have a separate set of rules from us normal folks.

Because she is rich and she is a celebrity. Color has nothing to do with this.

So now that she is going back to jail is anybody thinking it's because she's white?? People that do criminally negligent things should serve their time, regardless of color, or financial well being. Maybe next time she will think twice before she gets into her car to drive off, when she is loaded - OR HIRE A DRIVER!!!
