I for one, LOVE it....it's so pretty....is it bcuz it's a girly color? all my friends hate it, and they always ask, why do u like it? and i go well why DONT u? and they go, bcuz its just...PINK!

The rejection of the color pink in the United States is a socially learned behavior. In other countries such as Indonesia and Malaysia men wear fuchsia and other shades of pink. I have a male friend who is not gay and whose favorite color is pink. When he was little he snuck into a number of cars, goofing around and taking small items. A police officer came up to him on the sidewalk and asked if he knew or saw anyone who had been entering cars. He said yes, he saw a man in a pink car speed away after breaking into it! The skeptical officer, not able to envision a thief in a Mary Kay car loaded him up in the police car and took him home to his mother!

I don't really hate pink, but I'm not crazy about that color either. My favorite colors are blue and purple. Even though I'm a woman, no one really makes fun of me for liking blue, even if it's usually seen as a masculine color.

how can you hate pink? I LOVE PINK! my two faves are pink and black which is a cool combination! Most of my friends love it, but not as much as me! I hate those shirts though that say "tough guys wear pink" If i was tyo get in a fight with a guy, I wiuldn't want to fight one wearing pink. Some guys can pull it off, But most can't. I finally met someone who else loves pink just as much as me!

There R many shades & tints in PINK. May be different people like & dislike its shades & tints. But I personaly think Most of the people Love PINKs family.

Pink's no girl's color, lady. It's a tone of red, a color associated with passion and fire. Sinatra used to wear pink, how girlie was he? I think that your friends might not like it because it ends to be a stereotypical girlie girl color, thanks to the marketing whizzes over at Mattel and their infamous Barie line of toys. Thanks to people like Paris Hilton, Anna Nicole Smith and those ABYSMAL Legally Blonde movies, starring Reese Witherspoon, thanks to the people at Victoria's Secret who tell women to be thin and wear things that make them never feel good enough for themselves. Pink may be marketed as a girl's color, but it's really not, screw your friends.

bcuz it represents submissiveness and traditional femininity. Studies have shown that pastel colors make kid act more submissive and bold colors assertive. But pink is either pastel or bright, bright pink is like a red and can make people feel angry or overstimulated. But to me its just a color! I like all colors, can you imagine being black and white colorblind.

I don't mind pink- I play and eat my wife's little pink spot all the time.
