it says it will go on the internet to enable it but y does it bring me to a website to download it...which one am i suppose to download?

You have to have Wifi/Wireless access to enable Flah. You can go here for that - http://www.us.playstation.com/Support/PSP/WebBrowser/s_psp_wb_fl.html
Then after you enable it try going here to get some Flash games to try out - http://www.psponme.com

You may be needing to download ver. 3.50 other than that if you already have it and you are not encountering any problems just go to another link on the PSP.
