Check out this site if you think you're referring to "Pine Barrens". It's the one where "the Russian" gets away. It was in the third season.

EDIT: Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's "Pine Barrens". That's one of my favorite episodes from the series. Frozen Ketchup...yumm!
