Most likely looking for 'multi'
'Soli' comes form 'solus' meaning: only, single; lonely; alone.
'Multi' comes from 'multus' meaning: much, many, great, many a.
That's the most seen source for 'soli' It could also come from Latin 'sol', meaning sun - but there's no 'i' used in words like solar, just the s-o-l.
Remotely, it could be from 'solum', meaning ground or soil. but I don't know of any English words using that as a root.
