Why do so many people hate her so much, is it class envy? Or is it because she (like OJ) gets away with just a slap on the wrist? Hate usually only hurts the hater. And this whole question was just a joke, but some of you hoes called me names, because you can't take a joke. Yeah thats right I called you hoeS

Hahaha.. Yea I wouldn't be shocked if she does. I just hope that this experience teaches her something. And that it teaches all of those other Hollywood Harlots something. They aren't above the law.

Anyway... I think it's a mixture of all the above plus a few other factors. Here's my list:

Class Envy - Everything about Paris Hilton screams Pampered Princess. That's not a commendable trait, but at the same time, people think about what all THEY could do if they had that kind of money. Usually they neglect to think about the fact that if they had grown up with a silver spoon in their mouth, they most likely would be a very different person.

"Celebrity Justice" - Basically that celebrities can literally get away with murder in Hollywood.

Media Frenzy - Basically, this girl has been shoved down our throats for so long that there is now what amounts to a "revolt." She's someone people have always loved to hate. How many celebrites have OTHER celebrities cheering them going to jail??

This, "I'm too stressed to stay in jail" thing has been the cherry on top of that messy a$$ cake. To me this is not a topic to be this outraged about unless you are equally as outraged at REAL issues. The problem with this whole case is what it represents. The disparity between the way people are treated among the classes. You hear people saying that she would have never gotten 45 days in jail normally. THIS IS BS! NORMALLY, what happens when someone violate their probation, they are placed in jail and/or on house arrest the remainder of their probation. Of course there are different ways to deal wtih this and it varies judge to judge. What I do know is that people seem to be confused about the actual charge here. It's not a charge of DUI, which commoningly only amounts to a couple of days in jail. It's a charge of violating the probation. In my eyes, she's getting off easy.

It is really about time that a "rich" celebrity gets behind bars for the laws they break. We live in America where all must follow the terms of the laws out there and when you break them, take the consecuences. It shouldn't matter that she has celebrity status and I think it is ridicilous that her mom called the prosectutor pathetic. What is pathetic is how all the rich snobs think they live above the law. She knew what she was doing the entire time and the entire time she was probably thinking how she doesn't have to worry about getting into any trouble because remember people, she is Paris Hilton... 45 days in jail, PRICELESS!!!

I don't know, but I think she's on her way back - the Judge has ordered to see her just this morning. Sheriff has had to go pick her up from her home.
