Penn is an actor, not a thinker, if he does not have someone handing him lines or reading a script, and yes the blood soaked underwear was scripted, he is about as intelligent as what the neighbors dog left on my lawn. Savage is all ego but at least has enough intellect to destroy Penn...but that is not saying much at all.

Penn would probably kick his "tolerance, acceptance and kindness" in high gear and just shoot Savage with the gun he keeps in his car.

penn is my best guess. I've never head of savage being involved in anything, only commentating on things he had no part in
penn doesn't always sound great or very intellegent but I've heard him talk he's not stupid and has experience.
