It seems like overpopulation is going to be the most important problem in the future, and most countries are doing nothing about it. What do you think we can really do that would be effective and realistic?

I don't think there's anything we can do that can make enough of a difference without causing a human rights backlash.

China is trying to limit each family to two children; the problem is, how do you enforce it? In the past, they've been enforcing it by slaughtering the whole family...
