Pointless, stupid things like the way the woman says 'furred' instead of 'food' on M&S adverts, when people shake umbrellas out indoors and soak the floor, hearing Cascada, any kind of ongoing, repetitive sound (see above again..).

The big issues bother me too like global warming, child abuse and the like, but it's the little petty stuff that sets me off ranting. I think it's the cherry on the cake syndrome.

Child abuse, incest, rape and people who won't accept responsibility for their actions. What I really hate is the generation of people who use TVs as babysitters (all day long). These poor kids have no social skills or learning skills by the time they hit kindergarden. Some of them can't even speak normal english. Will these kids grow up to be model citizens? Don't think so.

Hearing repeated news coverage of the Paris Hilton case. Isn't there some real news out there? Aren't there people and causes that DESERVE the attention?

growing old and infirm, my father took four long years to die and I have the same complaint as he suffered from. I'm 72 now but still get about with the aid of a walking stick and pain killers.
