Definitely proactive, but all the people I work with are reactive and that really frustrates me to no end!
(Funny...my wife and I were just having a conversation about this this morning.)

The true and honest answer is that we are all a bit of both if our lives are in balance.
Truly important issues that are big rudder, life changing events, I always am Proactive.
