My question is: How do you send a game that is on my PC to another PC.

you can't, only by reinstalling the game

You have a wide range of options:
1-If u have a dvd writer or cd writer but the installation of the game on the cd or dvd using nero or any other cd dvd burner
2-If you have a flash memory use it,it will be much easier even than cd or dvd way...cuz it's very light and can be connected easily through the usb.
3-if u don't have writer or flash memory,then unplug ur hard drive that contain the game and plug it into the other pc.

Take the CD/DVD you installed from and take it to the other PC. And install it again.
There really is no other way that will work 100% of the time.

you would have to reinstall the game on the second PC.
if you have the initial installation disc or file, send that over.
