yeah and i do think she deserves it and i think its a bunch of bull how the sherriff let her serve it at home b/c of some "medical condition" , thats not right, she was ordered jail, not home detention!!!some people have bad medical conditions and are still force to be in jail, and its not even a month, 3 weeks and 2 days and i think that they are letting celebs off the hook and really paris should be punished IN JAIL or w/e the judge has ordered, the sheriff shouldnt let her off the hook, the JUDGE makes the decision

No, that to me seam double jeopardy. She went to jail and they let her out based on the judgment of the sheriff. At that point her sentence was served. Then the judge had her brought back in because it made him look bad that she was going to serve out a longer sentence at home than she would spend in jail but she had a nice house so that was not right. Now, she only has 19 days left of a 23 day sentence instead of 41 days left of a 45 day sentence and the tax payers have to pay for all those police and the sheriffs and the jail cell and the food and the court time and all because this judge has a bruised ego. I would have left her at home and given her 90 days if I were the judge but I have the common sense to know when I am wasting time and money that could be better spent prosecuting drug dealers and robbers and arsenists that would make better use of that jail cell than some woman with 17 million dollars to pay for her own encarceration.

Yes, and she just may. TMZ is reporting that The Los Angeles City Attorney,City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is asking Judge Michael Sauer to hold a hearing, demanding that the Sheriff's Department show why it should not be held in contempt of court for violating Judge Sauer's May 4, 2007 order, which expressly stated "no electronic monitoring."

The judge granted the request for a hearing, which is now scheduled today 9:00 AM PDT.

No I don't, because honestly I know people who have gotten charged with DUI or that have broken their probation and they never got time in jail, the sentence was very harsh, even for "normal" people.

I'm not saying what she did should go unpunished or that she is a role model or good person, but I think her fame and her name was what got her thrown into jail in the first place.

I could not give a flip what she does......I'm so sick of turning on the TV and only seeing what they are going to do with her next......she is reveling in all of this attention and will be an even bigger "celebrity" after it blows over if it ever does

Probably some other "celebrity" will do something stupid and knock her off the news soon........there are bound to be things happening out there that are much more important than Paris that should be on the news.

The only reason she got on early/got her sentenced reduced before that, is because of her name. She shouldn't be treated any differently than any other person that has had to go to jail. Everyone that gets sentenced to time doesn't want to go, what makes her so special that she should get to hang out at home instead?

I thought OJ should have gone to jail as well. The best justice that money could buy. Get over it and move on with life. Life is not fair.

i think she should go back
she sent to a prison for 'high profile' inmates anyway and she got her own cell.
no 'normal' people would get away with serving only 3 of however many days they are meant to be in for.
