KH3 has no release date as of yet. Seeing how it is only a sony exclusive, for now, chances are it will come out in the ps3. Also, the main director is working in different titles at the moment and stated he will not work on KH3 any time soon. Rumors are that it will not be called KH3 and will be a different story altogether.

when is kingdom hearts 3 coming out ok,if im not sure it was around 2010-or early 2011 because there working on final fantasy XIII versus and it should be out for the ps3 and if i remember they mentioned 360.

Not to put down gaara, nothing has been announced when it comes to dates. It'll most likely only be on the PS3.
