Twice. The first time I sitting minding my own business on my 40 acres when the back drop at a near by rifle range failed.I didn't get hit but I could feel the bullet blow my hair back.Then this last December I had an aneurysm that caused me to fall and hit my head resulting in a concussion. I was bleeding into my brain for a few hours before I went bananas and called 911.I'm still here and all I can think of is I have some unfinished business.

Three ... I was in a laundromat, when I was 12 ... a car full of drunks ran over a man I knew, who was was walking on the sidewalk (killed him instantly) then the car smashed through the window of the laundromat ... missing me by mere inches.
When I was 19, I got cancer of the paroda gland ... and I beat it. Then, when I was 42 I got cancer again ... of the thyroid, which was a direct result of the radiation treatment for my first cancer. Thus far (it's been 3 years) I've been doing great!
lol ... I'm beginning to think I'm a cat w/nine lives!! :)

I nearly got run over twice.
A brick nearly fell on my head once.
I nearly got hit by an iron.
I fell off the roof of my house.
Come to think of it I have escaped death a lot in 13 years.

Escaped? Well, I figure I'm still likely to die eventually.
So far I have ELUDED death four times - illness, motorcycle accident, gunshot and long fall. I'll probably end up choking on a fish bone.

About 14 times at last count. but then there were probably other times when I didnt know how close or far I was from the end and just didnt realise it at the time....... but 14 major times I can remember ....why?
