Mike L, Lizette M, and Janis P.....only because they are spammers. Their "answers" are advertisements that flood the screen. Otherwise, there's no good reason to block somebody that I'm aware of.
I just looked into this Rico guy and I think he does what he does for shock value. It's easy to assume he is VERY lonely....and immature.
