Why did Jango Fett allow Kamino to make clones of him for the Republic Army if he fought against the Republic in the Battle of Genosis?

I think it's obvious that George Lucas didn't put a lot of thought into the 3 latest Star Wars films. He just slapped something on paper, threw in a bunch of fancy special effects and that was that.

How about the in Episode 1, they said Annakin was too old to train, yet Luke was more than twice his age and trained just fine. Also, we found out all the stormtroopers were clones, yet in the old movies they had different voices. Lucas is a moron.

Jango did not fight against the Republic in the Battle of Genosis. The bounty hunter was well-paid by the Sith for his DNA. It was Palpatine and Doku who had ordered the clone army. It was only called the Republic Army until the Republic was reorganized into the Galactic Empire. The clones ultimately became Storm Troopers.

I agree..I particularly love Star Wars Episode III. The downfall of a hero is always epic.. I gotta say..I don't know why people hate the movies so much. Probably because there was no CGI in the original series. It was all handmade. No computer graphics..Nothing. And I think Hayden Christensen did a great job..Many people hate him because hes so whiny, and complains all the time.. Well, THAT'S WHAT A SITH IS. Duh..They call him a whiny teenager..Now what exactly is wrong with a teenager? I don't know.. But if anything, I do like the new series better then the original..Except for Return of the Jedi..

He is a bounty hunter and I would say to some degree a mercenary, so he was in it for the money. You can make good money working both sides of a war.

I am still confused about who ordered the clones. Who was he? Was he really representing the Jedi? Or did the Kamino folks deliver to the wrong group?

Jango allowed the clones of him to be made because:

1.) They gave him a clone to raise as his son; and,

2.) He was getting PAID!

The guy was a mercenary, and he didn't know about the larger plan that Palpatine was putting into motion.

Okay you have waaaay too much time on your hands.
I love the Star Wars Saga just as much as anyone else but you are taking it to the next level.

You saw what happened to the clones - they all became stormtroopers hence he would be on the right side - oh also in simplest terms - money talks BS walks - Said that he was paid handsomely for his services

For the pay, bounty hunters kill for money, and even clone, just for the money.
