I think i've got this figured out hopefully. If your going through a sex change- your a guy taking female hormons and your starting to show female signs and/or your attracted to the same sex as you, than yes by all means come out and be honest. If you feel comfortable taking the hormons and even if you arent than you should be comfortable with being honest; not with just yourself but with anyone that you are with. If you are scared than its a natural response to any major change in your life. Now on the other hand, if your a female and you are trying to hid yourself and pass as a guy it's still the same. Be open and honest. Either way it's your life and do what you feel is the best for you. Some pointers on being female and tryin to pass as a male. If your overly concerned with how your chest looks try a few of these ideas. Buy an ace bandage roll and wrap your chest. Than buy a sports bra that is atleast a size or more smaller in the cup size. That should do the trick. I am female and I've dressed as a guy for halloween and I always pass as a guy. Now if your a guy and your starting to show a chest- be proud. You have accomplished what you set out to do if you are trying to be female. Rejoice in the fact that you are female and no matter what anyone says, you are you and only you know what is right. please feel free to im me at any time at connrsmommy02 if you need anymore pointers and I really hope that I can be of some help. uhh.................? I guess go with what the person above me said.
If you're hiding them because you're pretending to be a boy then you might want to talk to your doctor. If you feel better as a boy and not as a girl then you might want to look into gender issues and possibly a change. However I'm not sure what you're really talking about in your question.
