WIFI is the technology to connect to Internet with out a phone line or cable by using 802.11abg lan wireless connection that lets you connect at wireless hot spots such as Airports ,Hotels,Coffee shops and more. You can also connect to a router and set up a net work using 802.11. If your computer does not have a WIFI card you can install using a USB or card reader slot and buying appropriate one to suit your needs, they are not expensive.
