Hi there,

What's to say? That does not sound like any Christian preacher to me and I'm a heathen! Just because the "church" says it does not mean it's right! The "church" or "religion" as an institution does not have the right to claim that they are the sole keepers of the "truth". Everyone has the right to believe what they want; I only resent other people telling me what I am supposed to believe in because some man has declared thusly. If people want to absentmindedly believe in fear, hate and bigotry that's their choice. To me, it seems like they are they types who would be "going to hell" if such a thing exists. We all have a brain and we can think for ourselves. If someone wants to preach hatred and call themselves a follower of the Christ, I'd find that hard to take and I'd really question just how Christian they are. It's one thing to call yourself a religious person (you are a follower of some type of man made belief system); it's totally different to call yourself a spiritual person. Spiritual people don't hate; religious people cause wars.

Sorry to hear you had to suffer through such tripe. Maybe now's a good time for you to do some soul searching and reflect upon what your man of the cloth said and how well it sits with you.

Cheers.

No, it's mostly for the believers of that particular set of mythology to force them to follow it's dogma. It only has relevance to those who believe in the exact same manner and with the exact same interpretation as that of the speaker.
To the rest of us, it's no more significant than a commercial for a product you neither need nor want.

Hell is for hateful bigots like this 'pastor' trying to justify his hate in the name of God.

Your book also says you can grab your babies and throw them into a stone wall. How funny.

Hell is a man made construction invented to control the idiotic masses. I don't believe in it so I guess my answer to your question would be no.
