"Hilton HotelCell"
Just announced today-
After a 3 day stay in a jail cell for violating probation, hotel heiress Paris Hilton says that she has found a new purpose for her life. Hilton Hotels announces a new facility for celebrity inmates to be constructed in posh Beverly Hills. Each cell will have a view a Rodeo Dr but the inmates will not be able to leave the facility to shop. Paris exclaimed that this would be "not hott"...but a severe punishment nonetheless.
The small rooms will only have Sealy beds that are medium firm- and no down feather blankets. Martha Stewart has reportedly climbed on board the project to design and furnish the bedding and bath accessories- said to be minimal yet functional and soothing.
Nikki Hilton is said to be collaborating in the interior design plans as well.
A dog kennel will be located on the first floor for star's pooches during their stay.
A special suite will be reserved for Sheriff Baca and the LA County Sheriffs Department as well as a staff and prisoner cafe run by Wolfgang Puck and Emerill's Culinary Staff.
Prisoners will be allowed to exit their cells for one hour per day in accordance with CA prison standards to exercise and make phone calls.
The hotel is expected to take it's first inmate December 2008.
Hotel Heiress Paris is trying to get her sentence suspended until that time.
"I have learned my lesson and will accept responsibility for my actions by being the first inmate at Hilton HotelCells in Beverly Hills. I hope all my fans learn from my mistakes."
Plans for a tanning salon and oxygen cafe were scrapped.

It's a phrase rather than a word. I'm thinking "80's reference"
