People, by nature, are social creatures. We seek out companionship. It does not necessarily need to be a woman or a man. A man with only a woman to share ideas with would be just as miserable as a man with only another man to share ideas with.

Man clearly benefits from a woman in his life and vise versa, but need is questionable.
Man does need companionship, but he has this from family and friends, coworkers and colleagues.
the relationship with a woman suggests sexuality and clearly this is not a requirement. beneficial yes, required no.
(unless he has no self control, then anything can be perceived as a need)

No if you can take care of yourself then you are fine,but if you like someone ask them out if it's your best friend thats different.

i don't know about men because i am a woman. yes i do need my man because i don't know driving & i am scred of driving.
