My fiance' dream that I was pregnant, I had a dream that I was pregnant like a month a go, then another night I dream that I had a positive pregnancy test, one lady who work with me dream I was pregnant about a month ago, am not pregnant now but do you think those dreams mean I'll soon concieve?

Dreams offten have differnt meaning then what you would think.
To dream that you are pregnant, symbolizes an aspect of yourself or some aspect of your personal life that is growing and developing. You may not be ready to talk about it or act on it. This may also represent the birth of a new idea, direction, project or goal.
To dream that you are taking a pregnancy test, may be a metaphor for a new phase you are entering in your life (a new job, relationship, etc.) You may feel that you are being put to the test as to whether you are prepared or ready for these changes. Alternatively, this dream may be literal in meaning and address your anxieties/fears of getting pregnant.

Oh honey, you are missing him which means that you are totally absorbed to the guy! Haha! You have a crush on him! And when you receive a call or when you see your inbox having unread message, you just hope it was him right? Why dont you two meet up for a while, because, calling wont help at all! Dreams do not predict the future.
You, your fiance, and your co-worker had a simple thought pass through their minds (could have even been a split second) that you were pregnant. Thats all.
