On a plate, and medium rare with a baked potato to soak up the juices, and a good steak knife to make nice thin slices. Best wishes

just knock the horns off, slap it on the grill, couple of minutes per side.............medium rare
-you should still hear a few "moo's" escaping
and no self respecting steak fan would dare use A-1 sauce, you don't need anything except a few spices rubbed right into the meat-
