I have an debit card of ICICI bank Gwalior.Whether I can draw currency at Euroipean countries from ATM centres.

Yes you can, you do so just like at home. It doesn't have to have a Visa or Mastercard logo (although that works too), just the same one as the ATM machine that you plan to use. There are a half dozen bank networks systems like "Cirrus", they are printed on the back of your card. You can use those too if you do not have a dual ATM/Visa card.

Best to use local bank ATM machines showing the same symbol as is on the back of your card. That way you will not pay any fees to the local bank, just what your home bank charges (which is very little). Stay away from ATM machines in stores and shops as those will often charge you a fee to use.

This is the best method to get cash abroad, as your bank will not charge you anything when converting your money into foreign funds and will give you the correct exchange rate...unlike when you cash travelers check or change cash at your hotel or exchange booth. Both of those will charge you (rob) of about 10% of your money during the exchange.

Yes, you can if it's an international debit card (Most of the time it is). You will see a Visa Electron Logo on your ICICI debit card. I have it and I have used many times.

yes , u can but icici always charges a lot of tax on it when i went to australia with icici card i was kind of robbed by teh bank so i surrendered it and changed my bank.
