I'm coming to visit again, and I want to do some cool stuff. I'm into music, shopping, food, entertainment, parks, outdoor activities, and pretty much everything in between! Any suggestions would be great :D

The Dallas Aquarium in the West End. It's a forest of live animals that you can walk right up to. There is also an aquarium area of course. It has (I've heard) the only sloths on display in the US and they also have manatees. They just added on so it's doubled, maybe tripled in size. It's also surrounded by cool restaurants. WAY better than the Dallas and Ft. Worth zoos. It costs about $17 with tax per person and takes 1-3 hours depending on how fast you walk through the exhibits. I live in Dallas and this is my favorite place to 'get away' for cheap.
Oh, and ignore Hototai Supalpal, he must have a death wish for you.

You need to eat at the original Sonny Bryan's on Inwood for BBQ. Get there early because when they run out of food they close for the day.
Go to Trees or Club Clearview in Deep Ellum to see a concert.
Go to Double-Wide on the border of Deep Ellum and Exposition Park for a fun experience. Look for the tornado sculpture on top of the club.
If you want to go to a late night club/bar Minc on Exposition Avenue is cool. Don't be put off by the drab exterior of the outside, once you go in the door you will be surprised. Awesome decor and the back patio has a great feel to it. The mixed crowd makes it fun too. Go on a Saturday night.
For shopping and dining go to the West Village and Highland Park Village.

Oh my goodness darling, how are you? You simply must check out the scenery in Arlington. Wait until after 10pm and cruise up and down Division and North Collins streets. These are 2 of the major arteries going through the city. Oh dear, the number of used cars to choose from is astounding, at least 80 or 90 used car dealers. Oh and girl, the hot chicks with no teeth just line the streets. For fun, put a scoop of ice cream and some milk in a cup, hand it to the hot chick and watch her create a milk shake as she joneses for a rock! If you stop somewhere to eat just leave the door unlocked. They'll break the glass anyway but it will make it easier for you to get back in your car which is now missing the stereo, your cell phone, your vacation money. Yes, its true. The area supports quite a few criminals that make their living off of visitors to support their heroin or crack addiction, or the same in their girlfriend or mother! Other than that, just join the party, you can do anything you want in Arlington,Texas!

Try the Arts District downtown for culture (jazz under the stars is free on Thursday nights thru June), Northpark or West Village for shopping, Lower Greenville or McKinney Ave for nightlife, and the Arboretum at White Rock Lake for some nature.

Check out the new hotspots popping up in South Dallas. Make sure you visit the historic homes in Oakcliff. Don't forget to also check out the bustling metropolis we Dallasites know as Pleasant Grove. Also be sure to visit the Harry Hines Blvd. area at night for social events.
