I guess it would suggest a poor appearance .If she can't look the part can she actually do the job !

It wouldn't matter to me as I think some people who work for M&S in the town I live in are extremally rude .I can cope with someone having a blouse inside out but rudeness is a no no .

I shouldn't think so. It depends on how strict the boss was and whether he/she considered it to be a lack of care and attention or something. If I were a manager in M&S and one my staff had a blouse/shirt the inside out/back-to-front or even wrong way round, I'd just make a light joke of it and send them off to the nearest changing rooms!

It might not matter if it doesn't offend your co-workers, but it would still be kind of tacky. Go to the ladies room and turn your blouse outside out. You will feel better about yourself.

They say it's lucky to wear something inside out(if not done on purpose) and bad luck to change it the right way...

What a peculiar question. It wouldn't offend me if any staff wore one inside out but I shall be looking for it now everytime i visit m+s bizarrely. Thanks

Well, it probably wouldn't be up there with global hunger, world peace and bird flu in terms of seriousness.

I wouldn't lose any sleep over it :+)

You shouldn't label her for the rest of her life. I mean she might have access to melt in the middle chocolate puddings for free!
