Its always possible. However, there is always a weaker twin. A slower heart rate for one is pretty normal.

Ummm.... separate heartbeats doesn't mean anything.... but there is always a possiblity for boy and girl!! good luck i have identical twin nieces... they are so much fun!!!

WOW how exciting, I dont think you can tell what your wife is having by their heart beats but there are some great ultrasounds around these days, that can tell you.

You've got a 50% chance of it! :)

seperate heart beats mean they aren't sharing a heart so they are not conjoined twins

dunno if u can tell from heartbeats have you tried the pencil trick haha that can help i dunno if it works for twins but u can try twice...lmao
