you won't really know till baby is about 3-4 months old. right now baby's skin will be VERY pink in color. eventually baby's skin will become a bit more textured *although will still be soft* (right now it's very very soft and thin) and the pigmentation will stabilize.

as with any newborn creature, they will look extremely strange when they are born. the baby is just little still, and has much time to grow into its skin color. their eyes cahnge as well, so dont worry about it. all newborns look like this. as for the lack of eyebrows, they will not appear in the first few months. thye need to have hair on their head before they have it anywhere else. your baby will be fine. give them time. and of course different lighting has different effects. thats a given. people turn red when they strain, and crying is a strain for a baby. do not worry. she or he will turn out fine. congratulations!!!

darker skinned babies create melanin after a few weeks, starting from the back, and then it spreads around the body over time.
Newborns are tiny, and their little circulatory systems are not perfectly functional, because of that their little arms and legs might seem of color, or darker, almost purple in light babies, while their faces and bellies are more natural fleshy colored.
Also, beacuse of this reason, babies turn red when they cry.
Your baby sounds perfect. She will be the color she was meant to be.
Hair is fully in after one year. Some babies dont have hair until then. Its normal.

No there skin pigment will change throughout life. My son is half native american and half white. When he was born he was real light now he is darker. And he gets darker in the summer also.

Nope there isn't, they change as they grow. She should look about what she will by age 5.
My daughter started out blond and now her hair is almost black.
