And leave the rest of us who want the choice alone?

I agree. I am pro-choice, but I NEVER never advocate abortion as the only answer.
I say educate yourself, and make an informed decision, EITHER WAY, that you and your conscience can live with.

I'm sick of the pro-life "holier than thou" crap.
I have never seen a bigger bunch of overbearing, mean spirited, bigoted, proselytizing bunch of zealots that stare down their noses at the rest of humanity.

For the same reason that people against smoking don't simply choose not to smoke. For the same reason that people who are against child abuse don't simply choose not to abuse their children.

Right or wrong, they believe that abortion harms a real person, with interests separate from a parent's, and a society that knows about it and condones it.

BTW, if you're trying to suggest by this question that they should leave the rest of us (Yes, I'm pro-choice) alone, this is the wrong forum for an argument.

I agree. I personally am against the thought of abortion, particularly late term abortion, except of course in certain circumstances such as rape or medically unsafe to the mother. Having said that, I dont believe I or anyone else has the right to tell someone what to do with thier body. I also think its abhorent that some people use it almost like a type of birth control. Some women have had numerous abortions.

It's not only immoral, but it falls on a lack of personal responsibility. Why should the unborn suffer because you were irresponsible with birth control methods? I think if most women were forced to carry their babies to term for adoption, rather than using abortion as a form of birth control, there would be less unwanted pregnancies in the future. People would surely be more responsible next time if they had to learn the hard way.

If your so for choice why not let the people decide whether or not it should be legal, rather than the Supreme Court tell us it has to be legal. For the record I think it should be legal however if people live in a state and want it to be illegal that should be their CHOICE.

Tell me when in time has people have just left others alone who wanted to do what is their right to do? Doesn't the bible say, "Spare the rod, spoil the child?" Yet, their are so many people saying that spanking a child is illegal. DFCS removing children from their homes. When people stop poking their noses in other people business is when everyone in the world is dead.

Good question! Look at the busy bodies telling us how to act, what to wear, what to say, what to believe, and how to be. The sometimes call themselves the moral majority. I think they just can't spell immoral. Or maybe it is they don't know the meaning of the word.

They share a different world view then you and I that the human is ultimately bad and needs restraining. But you won`t find them after birth at the orphanage helping out or at a peace rally.

They are of the firm belief that abortion is the killing of a human being with a soul. I don't agree, but their position, wanting to ban abortion, makes sense within the context of that belief.

because jesus told them it was wrong so they feel they have to be the moral crusaders of this country. we need to keep our church seperate from our government. the right always says our country was founded on christians values so that gives them the right to parade around washington waving there money and their bibles around. and that maybe but that doesnt mean we need state sponsored morality or religion. i find it hilarious that these people say abortion is murder and that it is wrong then they go support a president that sends our children to go kill other countries children. what happened to turn the other cheek christians.
