If its just mufflers, then probably not. Full exhaust system will require recalibration/settings. Apparently Suzuki (not sure what bike you have) has a neat set up for very fast recalibration of the fuel injected models.
The installation manual for the mufflers should give you more insight, and a competent shop will let you know as well, with more accuracy than my answer.
Happy trails!

Yes. If you install anything other than factory-stock exhaust, the loss in back pressure also results in increased airflow through the intake. You will need to install a "fuel processor", which is an electronic device that changes adjusts the air/fuel ratio of your fuel injection system. Without it, you'll most likely get pops and backfires when rolling off the throttle, and the bike won't run efficiently. Look to spend around $200-$300 dollars for a good one. I just researched them for my bike, so I'm very familiar with this subject.

The sensors will detect any changes.
The sensors will inform the ECM (computer) of the changes.
The ECM will adjust and compensate for the changes.
If there is a problem, the Fi light will come on giving you a code of the problem and what to change if anything.
Unless you have a programmable ECM like the Power Commander, there is no adjustment.

Always, ALWAYS, re-map when installing exhaust. See your local dealer if you haven't educated yourself on the nuances of digital programing. Alot of new bikes will calibrate in the acc. position on the key switch. After mods start your bike and wait about 90 sec before getting on the throttle.
