You cant, the only way to unlock it is via 3 themselves, in which you will need to have completed 9 months of an 18 month contract, or if you're payg, assuming you bought the phone with a simcard then you would need to topup to the value of your phone, might be about £200.
in both ways you need to pay about £15, to unlock it. Dont go a shop that offers unlocking for a tenner cos it will only partually unlock it ie take ur simcard say orange and put it back in again it will lock back to 3.

Go into your local Mobile PHone shop of the network of your phone shop, Pay £10 to get it unlocked and put your new sim in : )

if there is a website, then go there and they might have directions but if you get really stuck and need serious help, just ask the company or someone who knows how to fix that kind of stuff.

It won't be easy but you must venture to the layer of the sleeping dragon. (don't worry there isn't really a dragon there that's just the name) and wake him up and ask him to do it. It's the only way.
