10 grams of powder is 10 grams or 0.01 kg. If you want to know the volume of 10 grams of powder, you need to know the density of the powder. If you want to know the value of some other parameter regarding 10 grams of powder, you'd need to specify what parameter you are asking about.

Your question's too vague, but I'm guessing you're asking about volume. A gram of water=1 cc, but powder is more voluminous, having more air mixed in, so I'd say maybe 30 cc.

you need to specify another unit of weight to make a conversion. 10 grams is 10 grams, in powder, solid, liquid, foam, feather, lead, nuts, flour, butter, mobile phone... form
