Most main Car Dealers are only too happy to offer you credit on buying a new car -- some even go so far as to offer 3 years interest free ..

If you got turned down by the Dealers then maybe you can't actually afford a car ? (Concept car credit is secured on the car itself = if you fail to pay on time, they come and take away the car)
