Isuffered from sinusitis for about 6 month in total, the doc finally gave me something to clear it up. I have still got the mucus that runs into my throat at night and is leaving my throat quite sore.
When I am in bed, mouth closed or open my throat is so dry, I wake up choking and need a drink, I have to keep swallowing. Its so annoying.
Is this to do with the mucus and the sinusitis, what should I get for it?

You many not think it, but you are sleeping with your mouth slightly open regardless. That is how you naturally sleep when you lay down it relaxes the muscles.

Keep a glass of water by the bed, sleep slightly elevated (extra pillows) and keep hydrated all day long. These should all help ease the discomfort

Use a cool mist humidifier. Run it in your room all night. I use one for a dry nose. It works well.
