He sells dreams to people who have asspirations. If you are serious about real estate find a local investor group and become a member. Enlist the help of a investment realtor and read a few good books. Learning from those who do the same thing in your area is better then some mail order course!

Yes, where is Todd B today?
I have told this story on YA before, but I'll tell it again. I spent 4 hours in the car the other day, and heard 17 get rich in real estate ads on the radio. Some where repeats, but there were several different "systems" touted on these ads.
People pay hundreds or thousands of dollars for these "secrets". And there is really no secret to them.
About once a month, I get a phone call from someone wanting to offer a small fraction of the asking price on a property. The fact is, no one in the US is selling at a small fraction of the value, no matter what the latest real estate guru tells you.

Most of these programs cost maybe $150- $200 to get the info. Then they have mentoring programs they don't tell you about on the infomercial. They are usually $2k-$5k for a year. I have a Carlton Sheets program I'll sell you for $50. Most must sell ads you call want to close, and get paid. Very few will do what these programs tell you to do such as seller financing and wraparound mortgages. Most notes have a "Due on Sale" clause anyway so once the mortgage company finds out about it they want the payoff. Steer clear!

It works perfectly......for John Alexander. For YOU, you're wasting your money. Learn about real estate and how to operate in the business on your own, with the assistance of anyone with whom you are familiar who can show you some of the ropes.

Never heard of him, if it worked I am sure I would have heard of him. Nothing comes easy when it comes to getting money, especially in real estate these days.

Never heard of him. I know one thing. All real estate seminars are a scam! Avoid them like a plague. They are out to get your money, that's all.
